How to Slip into a Good Night's Sleep?

If you are having sleep problems, whether you are not able to fall asleep, wake up too often, don't feel well-rested when you wake up in the morning, or simply want to improve the quality and quantity of your sleep, try as many of the following techniques below as possible:
1. Listen to Light music before going to bed.
2. Avoid snacks / sugars just before bedtime
3. Make your room dark, before closing your eyes
4. Dont watch any Television or work on your Computer, just before slipping to your bed
5. When the weather's cold, keep your feet warm by covering them, or wearing socks
6. Read spiritual books
7. Meditate, Pray
8. Keep your bedtime routine the same, i.e. dont alter your time for going to bed, too often
9. Keep your bedroom temperature, optimum
10. Your dinner must be done, almost 3-4 hrs. before bedtime
11. Avoid Coffee / Tea / Alcohol, before bedtime.
